1. General

These terms govern purchases made on this website operated by Stelios A. Antoniou Marine Electronics Ltd (HE 471061), Vasilissis Sofias 14, Office 102, Kato Polemidia, 4150, Limassol, Cyprus. By placing an order you accept these terms.

2. Orders and Prices

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include Cyprus VAT at 19%. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before fulfilling an order. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of the order; acceptance occurs when the order is dispatched.

3. Payment

Payment is by credit or debit card only. Transactions are processed securely. All card payments require 3D Secure authentication as required by EU regulations.

4. Shipping

We ship within Cyprus only. Delivery is via ACS Courier or local pickup from Kato Polemidia. See our Shipping Policy for details.

5. Returns

You have 14 days to return unused products. See our Returns Policy for full details.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of products purchased on this site.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Limassol, Cyprus.
